OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State Men's Soccer team played the #4 nationally ranked SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons at home today. Oneonta took all the opportunities and beat the Lakers in a finish of 4-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Red Dragons ignited a fierce offensive scoring two goals in the first period.

Oneonta out shot the Lakers 9-2 in the first half and had seven corners to Oswegos' zero.

Andre Bourjolly added three saves in both halves, tripling the opposing goalkeeper's saves.

Notably rainy and cool conditions in Oswego, limited field traction creating less than ideal conditions.

Leading in time played was Liam Rothar, Matthew Sprague and TJ Tanner each with 90 minutes on the field.

At 73:10 Derek Rivera saw an opening in the Red Dragons' defense and scored a goal.

Despite the Lakers fighting back in the second half, the Red Dragons were 3 goals ahead, locking in the win for Oneonta.
