CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Lakers fall to the top-seeded Cortland in the SUNYAC semifinals Wednesday evening. After a late start due to  weather and field conditions at Holloway Field the contest was move to the Stadium Complex.

• Cortland took the early lead in the 36^th minute on a Tyla Vuotta from Katie Cosenza
• The Red Dragons Simone Neivel scored the game winner on an assist by Bell Casucci just over five minutes later.
• In the 71^st minute the Lakers, by Amber McDermott on an assist from Courtney Key netted their lone goal of the night.
