ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Oswego State Field Hockey team fell to the #24 nationally rankedYellowjackets of University of Rochester 2-0 this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Oswego had a difficult matchup this afternoon against the Yellowjackets.
• University of Rochester was on the front foot most of the game with 14 shots on goal, forcing Oswego into a defensive game for the majority of the time.
• The Lakers had four shots in total and three on goal.
• Kaitlyn Jordan, Bryleigh Beauchat and Ellie Kazel each had one shot on goal.
• With less than eight minutes left in the game Jordan took Oswego's lone penalty corner.
• KY Phillips had 12 saves in goal for the Lakers.
