BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Oswego State Women's Soccer team traveled to SUNY Brockport this afternoon. The Lakers had an exceptional finish, scoring the winning goal with just minutes of
playing time remaining.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego had seven shots in the first half over Brockport's three.
- The Lakers had three corners, but were unable to capitalize on the opportunities despitebesting the Golden Eagles who had none.
- At the tail end of the second half, Amber McDermott took a shot that was just high off thecrossbar.
- Not even seconds later, at 88:10, freshman Alora Miller scored the game winning goal whichalso doubled as her first collegiate goal!
- Despite Brockport having a slight edge on number of shots (6-5) in the second half, Oswego never let up on defense.
