HILTON HEAD, SC – The Oswego State Men's tennis team is in Hilton Head South Carolina this week for spring break. Today, they took on the University of Lynchburg Hornets.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Hornets proved to be a tough test for the Lakers with the Hornets completing a clean sweep.
 
In three doubles matches, Michael Saalfrank and Trevor Stern battled the Hornets but ultimately fell. The same goes for Peter Balisteri, Liam Riera, James Welch, and Charles Friedman.
 
In singles, the Lakers were not able to grab a victory. Liam Reira took the most points from the Hornets in his loss to Christian Zepeda.
 
The hard-hitting Hornets handed the Lakers their only loss of the year so far. They will look to rebound tomorrow while still in Hilton Head.

The Lakers will return to play tomorrow at 6:00 PM when they take on Illinois Institute of Technology.
