HOW IT HAPPENED
The Red Dragons had 8 shots to Oswego's 0 in the first 7 minutes. The Lakers played tough defense on the Red Dragons but eventually in the first quarter, Cortland snuck one past
Sam Krautheim. Oswego was not able to get a shot off for the rest of the period and Cortland led early, 1-0.
Cortland continued to pepper the net, but the Laker defense held strong. It wasn't until 9 shots by the Red Dragons for one to find the back of the net. Oswego was down 2-0 going into half with a need to get the offense churning.
