OSWEGO, NY - The SUNYAC releases its 2025 Men's Ice Hockey All-Conference and All-Rookie teams as nominated and voted on by the conference coaches.

Defenseman
Travis Baker returned from a season ending injury last season to be named first team all-conference for 2025. This season for the Lakers, Baker scored 7 goals with 17 assists for 24 total points which is fourth best on the team. A highlight of his season was On January 14
th at SUNY Canton, Baker scored 3 goals and assists on a fourth goal to help the Lakers earn a 10-2 win. This is Bakers' first time receiving a post season award from the SUNYAC. He is in his sophomore season and is from Waterloo, Ontario.
Ryan Burke
Freshman
Ryan Burke was named first team all-conference, as well as to the all-rookie team for the 2024-25 season. As a freshman, Burke lead the lakers in points (35) with 26 assists and 9 goals. He leads the SUNYAC in assists and is second in the SUNAYC in overall points. On January 18
th, Burke scored 2 goals and assisted on 4 others against Cortland for the best game of the season. Burke comes to the Lakers from London, Ontario.
Daniel Colabufo
The Lakers graduating senior, Colabufo was named first team all-conference for the first time in his career. This season as a forward, Daniel scored 11 goals with 10 assists for 21 total points. For his career as a laker, he scored 24 goals with 26 assists. Colabufo ended his season playing some of his best hockey when two games in a row on February 15
th and 21
st, he scored two goals and assisted on a third. Daniel comes to the Lakers from, Camillus, New York.
Brandon Cohen
In his first season with the Lakers, Cohen was named to the SUNYAC all-rookie team. As a freshman forward, he scored 16 goals and assisted on 14 others for 30 total points. He is first in the SUNYAC with 16 goals and second in the conference with a +21 (+/-). His best game this season was on January 14
th at SUNY Canton when he scored 2 goals and assisted two others. Cohen comes to Oswego from Toronto, Ontario.
Nico Paone
Paone was named to the SUNYAC all-rookie team after playing 21 games for the Lakers as a freshman. Nico scored 6 goals with 12 assists for 18 total points as a defenseman. One of his standout games this year was on December 6
th at SUNY Morrisville where he scored 2 goals against the Mustangs. Paone comes to Oswego from Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Men's ice Hockey will host Buffalo State this Saturday at 7:00 PM in the SUNYAC semifinals!
