OSWEGO, NY. - The SUNY Oswego women's lacrosse team hosted the SUNY Poly Wildcats of the Empire 8 this afternoon. The Lakers dominated on offense on their way to a 20-2 win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Oswego's offense was firing on all cylinders, with six players scoring multiple goals. Cassidy Croce, Milena Vassallo, Alexis Hill, Aubriana Green, Sophie Ruschin, Jaelynn Aldrich, and Ashley Casserly each contributed two goals. Madison Davis, Ayla Snyder, Noelle Smith, Gabriella Geddes, Sadie Zemanick, and Addison Costello also added to the tally. Mackenzie Winn led the team with five assists.

SUNY Poly struggled offensively, failing to register a shot in the first half. The Wildcats found the back of the net in the fourth quarter, with Brinley Ronan and Katelynn Truax scoring their only goals of the game. Abigail Rosaschi provided the lone assist.

Defensively, Oswego was relentless, forcing 21 turnovers while allowing just five total shots on goal. Goalkeepers Alana Iacovissi and Mackenzie Perry had a quiet day, facing minimal pressure. Meanwhile, SUNY Poly's Jayden Brown made 14 saves despite the onslaught.
