HOW IT HAPPENED
The Oswego Women's Tennis team delivered a commanding 6-1 victory over Brockport on March 26, 2025. The Lakers swept all three doubles matches and won five of six singles matches in a strong team performance.
In doubles play, Oswego earned wins early, with
Leah Bell and
Emily DeLuca defeating Olivia Raschiatore and Cara Vasile 8-4 in the No. 1 matchup. The No. 2 team of
Avery Borman and
Isabella Eason secured an 8-2 win, while the No. 3 duo of Rafaela Dimitriko and
Kate Hayes completed the sweep with a resounding 8-0 victory.
Oswego continued their momentum in singles play. The Lakers won five straight-set matches, highlighted by dominant performances from Borman (6-1, 6-1), Bell (6-1, 6-0), DeLuca (6-0, 6-0), and Eason (6-2, 6-0).
Kate Hayes closed out her match in a hard-fought 6-1, 7-5 victory.

On Sunday April 6
th, the Lakers will head to the University of Rochester for a non-conference match up.
