OSWEGO, NY - The SUNYAC has announced their weekly awards. The Lakers very own Sam Krautheim was selected as the Defensive Athlete of the Week award for Field Hockey!

Oswego opened their season by hosting Wilkes in a tough loss. The Lakers returning goalie, Krautheim kept the Colonels at bay by making 12 saves with a .857% continuing her impressive play from last season. Last season, Krautheim was named second team all conference as well as rookie of the year in the SUNYAC.

Field Hockey will return home tomorrow at 4:00 PM to take on Elmira College.
