Oswego, NY - The Oswego State women's basketball team put together a complete performance on Friday evening, rolling past SUNY Potsdam 69–45 in SUNYAC action at Laker Hall.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lakers set the tone early, using defensive pressure and balanced scoring to open a 20–7 lead after the first quarter. Oswego continued to control the pace in the second, outscoring Potsdam 20–12 to take a commanding 40–19 advantage into halftime. Potsdam struggled to find a rhythm offensively, shooting just 25.8 percent from the field for the game, while Oswego capitalized on turnovers and second-chance opportunities.
Zhane Holmes led all scorers with 17 points on an efficient 7-of-10 shooting, adding six rebounds and three steals to pace the Lakers.
Juliette Huguet provided a spark off the bench with 10 points and four assists, while
Giavanna White-Principio chipped in eight points and a team-high nine rebounds. Oswego finished with 33 bench points, showcasing its depth throughout the contest.
Oswego maintained control in the second half, pushing the lead to as many as 26 points while holding Potsdam to 38.6 percent shooting across the final two quarters. The Lakers also won the rebounding battle, 58–44, and converted 18 points off turnovers to keep momentum firmly on their side
