HOW IT HAPPENED
Oswego made quick work of the Broncos early. Juliana Santefemia went on a seven-point serving run to give the Lakers a big lead. It was a balanced attack as everyone contributed to a big first set win for the Lakers. Priscilla McReynolds and Alaina Dudzinski were big as they combined for seven kills. The Lakers capped off a 25-20 set win with the final kill from Chloe Arnaiz.

The Lakers really started to dominate in the beginning of the second set. They got out to a 9-2 lead courtesy of two kills each from Lilaina Nelson and Grace Gdovin. Setter Mya Bush continued to spread the ball around to help the Lakers keep their foot on the gas pedal to win set two in commanding fashion, 25-13.

The Lakers ramped it up even more in the third set winning by an even bigger margin. It was thanks to a couple subs coming in to bring a new energy to the floor. Sabine Smithwick recorded a kill as well as Piper Adams coming in to be a big presence in the back row. Oswego capped off their dominant win with a score of 25-10 in the last set.
