EDWARDSVILLE, Pa. — Oswego fell to Wilkes 6-1 on Friday. The Lakers finished with three shots and two shots on goal, and their goalkeeper recorded 10 saves as Wilkes put 16 shots on goal.

How It Happened
The Lakers had to respond after Wilkes scored twice in the first quarter, and
Sophia Prianti cut the deficit to 2-1 with an unassisted goal at 11:15.
Sam Krautheim made three saves in the quarter, including two after Prianti's goal, and SUNY Oswego went to the second quarter trailing 2-1.
The Lakers were kept off the board in the second quarter while Wilkes scored on Lydia Keppel's goal off Elizabeth Hodder's assist at 23:39, making it 3-1. Krautheim made three saves in the quarter, including two in the opening 15 seconds, as SUNY Oswego went into halftime down 3-1.
Wilkes scored twice in the first 4:11 of the third quarter, moving ahead 5-1 on Lydia Keppel's goal from Sage Morgan at 34:11. The Lakers were held scoreless in the quarter, with
Natalie Shields recording their only shot at 43:08 before the third quarter ended with Wilkes ahead 5-1.
SUNY Oswego spent the fourth quarter defending Wilkes pressure, with Krautheim making saves around Morgan Hermanofski's goal at 49:41 that moved the score to 6-1.
Mia Foer put the Lakers' shot on goal at 56:18, but Olivia Wickel saved it, and SUNY Oswego finished with a 6-1 loss.
