How it Happened
Tyce Helmick led the Lakers in the first round, carding an even par for #2 overall with 1 birdie. Right behind Helmick, Justin Alvord finished #3, also with 1 birdie, carding a +1 on the day.
 
Sam Ligas and Drew Kippen also contributed with scores of +4 and +5, finishing tied for 7th and tied for 10th respectively. Ligas carded an eagle on 6 and Kippen had 1 birdie on 15.
