Please follow the link and the following steps to log into ATS: 

• Athlete Portal: oswego2.atsusers.com 

Returners must start with login they created last year: 

• Athlete ID: 
• Password: 

 
Fill in the next sheets with all pertinent information that happened in the last 12 months:

1. Please provide any new medical alerts, allergies, and/or medications
2. If your insurance information has changed, in the insurance tab:
   1. Click the green plus circle next to the word add
   2. Fill in the new info
   3. Update current photos of the card
3. Make sure every yellow field is filled in
4. Click save athlete information

Click the forms tab at the top of the page

1. Click the dropdown menu next to "Form Name"
2. Click "Returner Update"
3. Click "new"
4. Complete all questions
   1. Questions that are marked "yes" require an explanation 
5. Sign and save the document
6. Repeat steps b-e for "assumption of risk" form
