Oswego State Athletics

The Oswego State men's soccer team welcomes the Red Dragons of Oneonta to Laker Turf Field for today's SUNYAC conference matchup.  Today's contest is Senior Day for Oswego and they will honor seniors Slater Bushen, Omar Espinoza, Caleb Munski, Michael Gualtieri, Brian Terra, Mason Burch, Ryan Young, Nathan Thompson and Daniel Chilbert before the contest.

Last time out: 

• Oswego fell to #19 New Paltz by a score of 2-1 on Friday.
• Oneonta dropped a 1-0 contest to #9 Cortland on Friday.

The last meeting:  Oneonta won a 2-1 matchup with Oswego in 2019 at the Laker Turf Field.

All-time:  Oneonta holds a 5-24-1 advantage over the Lakers, winning the last 22 meetings dating back to 1970.

• Oswego averages 1.50 goals per game on 13.4 shots per contest. 
• Oneonta averages 2.00 goals per game on 17.4 shots per game.

Individual Leaders:

• Sophomore Kyle Gehnrich paces Oswego with four goals while junior Slater Bushen has scored three times in six contests since returning from injury.
• Junior Lucas Fecci leads the Red Dragons with 11 goals and three assists on the season while senior Matt Howe has 5 goals and 4 assists.
