Seth Eisner returns for his third season with Coach Leone and the Laker men's basketball staff after competing for Allegheny College (PA), where he was a four-year letter-winner and a one-year starter. He will serve as the program's recruiting and academic coordinator and will handle administrative duties, scouting, game preparation, video exchange and on-court instruction. Eisner received his Master's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego in 2013.

This past summer Eisner served as a staff member of the Gym Rat Challenge, which is the third-largest AAU Tournament in the United States and co-director of the Oswego State Basketball Camp. He also got on the Elite Camp Circuit by working camps at Yale, University of Pennsylvania, University of Rochester and Siena.

Eisner graduated in 2011 with a degree in managerial economics and minored in religious studies. While in college, he worked at numerous basketball camps at Allegheny College, St. Francis (PA) University, and Siena College.

Eisner matriculated from Fox Chapel Area High School in Pittsburgh, Pa. where he served a captain for a Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Class AAAA Section title. He holds the all-time record at Fox Chapel Area for 3-point field goals and was a "Fabulous Five" All-North selection his junior and senior years. During his senior season, he was selected to play in the Roundball Classic, a senior all-star game, with current San Antonio Spur player DeJuan Blair as a teammate.
