Mark Digby joined Oswego State in the summer of 2010 as an assistant coach for the men's ice hockey team. Over nine seasons in that role, he helped guide the Lakers to seven NCAA Championship appearances, including four straight trips to the Frozen Four and two national championship games during his first four years.
In the spring of 2019, Digby transitioned to the women’s ice hockey program, where he now served as associate head coach for one season, before being named head coach the following season, bringing a wealth of experience and a championship-caliber mindset to the team.
Before arriving at Oswego, Digby was an assistant coach at his alma mater, SUNY Brockport. While with the Golden Eagles, he was instrumental in improving team performance, working closely with the defensive and power-play units, leading strength and conditioning efforts, and analyzing video to enhance player development. He also took on administrative roles, including advertising coordination and fan engagement strategy for Brockport Athletics.
A native of Fulton, N.Y. and a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Digby remains active in hockey development during the off-season, coordinating Oswego's hockey camps and serving as an instructor at the USA Hockey New York State Under-14 Development Camp.
