Ryan Spillett joins the Laker coaching staff as an assistant coach after having served as the head coach as Cazenovia College from Fall 2006 to Spring 2010.
Spillett is most recognizable to lacrosse fans from his time at Le Moyne College. Spillett, a 4-year starter with Le Moyne, currently holds numerous statistical records with the NCAA Division II Dolphins. Spillett remains the Le Moyne all-time career assists leader (144) and is third in career points scored (220). Spillett also received numerous awards and recognition with Le Moyne as he was a United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Honorable Mention All-America in 2001 and 2002, the NE-10 Tournament MVP in 2003 and the Le Moyne 2003 Male Senior Athlete of the Year.
Before taking over the program at Cazenovia, Spillett served as the head assistant coach with Potsdam from 2003-2006. An experienced recruiter, Spillett has also worked a variety of summer lacrosse camps.
