2014: Competed in four 5k events and four 6k events for the Lakers this year ... Set personal best in the 5k at Hamilton Invite, running the race in 20:38.6 ... Set career best in 6k at the SUNYAC Championships in Brockport, clocking in at 25:12.5.

2012: Part of the 4x100 team that finished eighth at 54.06 seconds and finished 14th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 13:28.05 at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Cortland on May 4.

2011: Helped the distance medley relay finish eighth at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships…Helped the 4x800 meter relay finish fourth at the University of Rochester Outdoor Invitational…Finished ninth in the 800 meter run at the St. Lawrence Indoor Invitational…Finished sixth in the 800 meter run at the Cortland Indoor Classic…Finished 12th in the 800 meter run at the Continental Outdoor Invitational at Hamilton…Finished ninth in the 1,500 meter run at the Nazareth/Rochester City Outdoor Classic…Finished ninth in the 1,500 meter run 11th in the 800-meter run at the Geneseo Outdoor Open.

2010: Helped the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays finish eighth at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships… Finished 46th in the 60 meter hurdles at the Cornell Relays…Finished 13th in the 55 and 200 meter dashes at the St. Lawrence Super Dual Invitational…Finished 14th in the 400 meter dash at the Tribe Open hosted by the College of William & Mary…Finished 24th in the 400 meter dash at the Jim Taylor Invitational hosted by Susquehanna University…Finished 27th in the 400 meter dash at the Rochester Alumni Invitational…Finished 11th in the 5000 meter run at the Cortland Classic…Finished 22nd in the 800 meter run at the Raider Open hosted by Roberts Wesleyan.
