Justin is in his second stint at SUNY Oswego. He is starting his 14th year of coaching collegiately. He has had stops at SUNY Morrisville, Nazareth University and Cazenovia College where he was head coach for 7 years. Justin finished his tenure at Cazenovia as the second most wins and second-best winning percentage in school history. His teams have 3 NCAA tournament appearances, 3 conference championships and 3 coaching staff of the year teams. His first tenure with SUNY Oswego finished with two NCAA tournament appearances, a SUNYAC championship and the first Sweet 16 appearance in school history.
