OSWEGO, N.Y. - Kelsey Dillon of the Oswego State volleyball team has been nominated as athlete of the week for the week ending on September 14.

The junior had a busy week, playing in all 20 of the sets that the Lakers played. The team ended the week with a record of 3-2.

Dillon led the team in kills with 50 over the past five games, including a career high 19 in a crucial win against Hamilton College. She also contributed on the defensive side of the net, picking up eight blocks and 15 digs. 

The Deer Park native impressed everyone this weekend, as she was nominated to the all-tournament team at the Oswego State Tournament.

Oswego State volleyball gets back into action this Friday at the Geneseo Tournament. The squad plays University of Rochester at 5 p.m. followed by a 7 p.m. match with Medialle College.
