Oswego State Athletics

Abigail Boyce of the women's track and field team was named Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 15, 2017.

Boyce recorded an impressive weekend, earning two first-place finishes, while helping the women's track and field team to second-place overall at the Middlebury College Invitational.

The senior led the team in scoring on the afternoon, claiming victories in the 60-meter hurdles and the triple jump.  Both performances captured the Middlebury facility record, while her triple jump of 10.76 meters is tied for 28th nationally.

Track and field returns to action on Friday as they partake in the Houghton College Highlander Invitational.
