OSWEGO, N.Y. - Hannah Jensen of the women’s swimming and diving team has been named the Oswego State Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending on Nov 12. Oswego’s dominant win on the road at Alfred State on Saturday saw top finishes from the Lakers in most events, with Jensen leading the pack.

With a team time of 4:26.81 in the women’s 400-yard medley relay, Jensen’s fast start in the leadoff spot propelled Oswego to a first-place finish, during the first event of Saturday’s meet for the women. Later, Oswego would claim three of the top four spots of the women’s 50-yard free, with Jensen on top clocking a time of 26.31.
    
In the last event of the afternoon, the Lakers would again seize first place as Jensen and her grouping of Kelsey Oliverio, Lok Chi Hon and Aran Kilcoyne would finish over ten seconds ahead of the next fastest group with a time of 4:01.13.

Oswego and Jensen next participate in a home meet against Brockport at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Laker Pool in Oswego, N.Y.
