The Oswego State women's volleyball team won their final match of the weekend over Utica, and ended the Red Dragon Invitational at Oneonta with a 1-3 record. Senior Heidi Armstrong was named to the all-tournament team.

On Friday, the Lakers lost to the host Oneonta Red Dragons in four games and to the St. Lawrence Saints in five games. Oswego State was victorious in the first game against Oneonta and the first two games against St. Lawrence, but couldn't maintain the momentum and went on to lose the match. The scores against Oneonta were 25-30, 30-15, 30-26, 33-31 and against SLU were 19-30, 27-30, 30-23, 30-27, 15-11.

In Saturday's opening match, Oswego State lost to St. Catherine 30-24, 30-19, 30-19. The Lakers came back to win their finale in four games over Utica -- 30-24, 30-9, 32-30, 30-24.
