The Oswego State women's tennis team lost 7-2 to Oneonta on Saturday in Oswego. The Lakers were led by Giana Marchese, a freshman, who won her singles match at fifth singles and paired with Christine Burkhart to win at third doubles.

Several of the matches were very close, as the Lakers lost three-set matches at second and third singles and dropped the sixth singles match in two tiebreakers.

Oswego State is now 1-2 in dual matches this year.
