The Oswego State men's soccer team won 1-0 in overtime at Alfred University on Wednesday afternoon. The Lakers'
Felipe Cavalcanti scored the game-winner in the 95th minute.
The Lakers are now 1-3-1 on the season and will play their first home game of the 2007 season on Saturday at 1 p.m. against Oneonta.
Cavalcanti, a sophomore forward from Valatie, scored his first collegiate goal 4:32 into overtime to give the Lakers their first win of the year.
Oswego State outshot Alfred 18-14 in the game and earned six corner kicks while only yielding one. The Lakers were called offsides five times in the contest.
