The Oswego State volleyball team lost both of its matches on Saturday at the Victory Promotions Invitational at SUNY Potsdam. The Lakers lost in four games to both Middlebury and St. Lawrence to finish third in the Silver Bracket of the tournament. Laker senior Heidi Armstrong was named to the all-tournament team.

The Lakers dropped the first match of the day to Middlebury by scores of 30-28, 29-31, 30-20, 30-23. In the second match of the day, the St. Lawrence Saints defeated the Lakers by scores of 26-30, 30-21, 31-29, 30-26.

Oswego State has a 3-6 record on the year and will play at the Union Invitational next weekend in Schenectady.
