In its first action of the season, the Oswego State volleyball team dropped a pair of matches at the Hartwick Invitational on Friday afternoon.

The Lakers fell to RIT 3-1 (22-25, 20-25, 25-23, 21-25) in the first match of the day before losing to Union 3-0 (18-25, 3-25, 14-25).  Jess Isgro (So., Brockport, N.Y.) registered 10 kills, while Liz Crouch (Jr., Honeoye Falls, N.Y.) recorded 24 assists against RIT.  Oswego continues pool play versus St. Lawrence at noon on Saturday.
