The Oswego State women's tennis team is still looking for its elusive first win of the season after falling to Cortland, 8-1, Wednesday night.
Christine Ripple (Sr., Johnstown, N.Y.) came away with the lone Laker point at No. 6 singles when she went to a supertiebreaker third set against Jaclyn Cartwright in a 10-3 decision. Oswego State dropped to 0-4 on the season, while the Red Dragons improved to 3-1. The Lakers will take host Fredonia on Saturday at 1 p.m.
