Joseph Molinaro tallied a goal in each period for his first-career hat trick.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Mississauga, Ont. native began the scoring for the Lakers, notching his first goal of the game on a power play at 15:12 in the first period. His goal was assisted on by Anthony Passero and Tyler Currie.
- With the game-winner was assistant captain Josh Zizek, who recorded the tally unassisted just 37 seconds later.
- Molinaro recorded his second goal of the game, again on a power play, late into the second period, while Travis Broughman and Passero recorded helpers.
- At 18:07 the forward sealed the deal on his first-career hat trick as he was able to capitalize on an empty Bengal net, assisted by Currie and Josh Nenadal.
- Currie is now tied with Derek Brown and Michael Gillespie for most assists on the team (4).
- Goaltender Cedric Hansen tallied 19 saves in between the pipes.
- The Lakers went two for three on the power play.
- With this win, Oswego has won five of the last six matchups with Buffalo State.
