OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State women's ice hockey team dropped a 4-0 contest to No. 2/2 Plattsburgh on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Oswego was able to hold an aggressive Cardinals' offense to two goals in the first period, as goaltender Rachael Farmer made 17 saves.
- Kate Randazzo, Eryn Stewart and Philomena Teggart all had four shots apiece, aiding in the Lakers 35 shots total.
- After two Plattsburgh goals in the second period, freshman Hannah Lindey was put between the pipes for the final 20 minutes of the contest.
- The Lakers' strongest scoring opportunities came from the stick of Teggart, as she tallied two powerful power play shots back-to-back, inside the final two minutes of the contest.
- Teggart's first shot came from the blue line as she sent a wrister on net as Kassi Abbott absorbed the shot into her bread basket with 1:44 remaining in the final period.
- Farmer tallied 30 saves over her 40 minutes in net, nearing her season-best 34 saves against Buffalo State on Nov. 10.
- Lindey amassed five saves during her 20 minutes on the ice, not allowing a single Cardinal goal.
