OSWEGO, N.Y. - The Oswego State Volleyball team held off Keuka College in four sets on Tuesday evening to reach double-digits in wins on the season. The 10-4 start is the best since an 11-4 start back in 2015.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the opening set, the Lakers got three kills apiece from senior Alison Sullivan and sophomore Mira Legnon-Bozman and capitalized on 14 errors from the Wolves in taking a 1-0 lead in the match.
- Oswego rushed out of the gates in the second on a pair of kills by outside hitter Ariana Wright and were up by as many as nine at 22-13 before winning the set 25-17.
- In the third, Keuka took advantage of 14 Oswego errors to win a close 25-22 set and extend the match.
- The Lakers would go down 5-1 in the fourth set before three kills by sophomore Melissa Lussier and an ace by Alison Berger would give Oswego a 9-8 lead.
- Oswego held a close edge the rest of the way and got late kills by Sullivan and Legnon-Bozman to cement the victory.
- Junior Julia Flohr notched a double-double with 17 digs and 11 assists while Berger had 17 helpers of her own.
- Sullivan finished with 11 kills and six blocks with Wright adding seven kills to the offense.
- The team improves to 5-1 at home this season with games on Sept. 26 and the October 12/13 weekend remaining.

The Lakers kick off SUNYAC Conference action with a three-game set up at SUNY Potsdam beginning at 5 p.m. Friday against Oneonta.
