OSWEGO, N.Y. - The Oswego State men's basketball team used a huge 23-point run early in the first half during a 87-48 victory over the Fredonia Blue Devils. Junior
Tim Marshall led the charge with 17 points while shooting 62.5% from the field.

HOW IT HAPPENDED
- After falling behind 4-0, Oswego scored the next 23 points over the next eight minutes, with Marshall hitting a pair of threes in the run and junior Brandan Gartland chipping in five points, to put the Lakers comfortably ahead.
- The lead got as high as 27 in the first half when Senior Quinn Carey hit a 3-pointer just before the half.
- Sophomore Ishmael Chisholm's second 3-pointer of the game gave the Lakers a 40-point lead at 78-38 with 7:17 remaining in the contest.
- An Eric Sanfilippo 3-pointer, Michael Krause layup and Hunter Cole jumper concluded scoring for Oswego.
- Carey (16), Gartland (13) and Allen Durutovic (10) joined Marshall in double figures. Senior Tyler Pierre had a game-high 14 rebounds and sophomore Liam Sanborn had 10 assists.
- Oswego hit 16 three-pointers in the game and shot 50.8% from the field while winning the rebounding battle 48-29. The Lakers got 44 points from their bench in the victory.
- The 10-0 record in SUNYAC play gives the team a three-game cushion over second place (7-3).

The Lakers stay at home for a 4 p.m. game against Buffalo State on Saturday.
