OSWEGO, N.Y. - The Oswego State volleyball team found themselves down two sets to one before storming back to win a thrilling five-set match with conference-rival Oneonta. The win moves Oswego to 13-6 overall and 1-2 in the SUNYAC.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Over the final two sets, the Oswego offense was clicking with 23 kills and only two errors.
- Junior right side Melissa Lussier had nine of her 14 kills in the final two frames to pace the Lakers.
- Outside hitters Sarah Massie and Shauna O'Flaherty each chipped in with four kills during the pivotal stretch run.
- Oneonta went up 2-1 behind 37 kills to just 21 for the Lakers across the first three games.
- Oswego recorded 11 aces to eight for Oneonta and 83 digs to 74 for the Red Dragons to offset the offensive advantage.
- Senior Julia Flohr recorded her second double-double in as many games with 32 assists and 17 digs.
- Lussier also hit the mark with 14 kills and 17 digs of her own while Emily Costa led the team with 18 digs.
- Middle blocker Shannon Stone had six blocks in helping Oswego win the blocking battle 11-7.
- California native Skylar Bechard had 12 digs and three aces and O'Flaherty hit double-digit digs with 10.

The Lakers stay at home for a non-conference matchup on Wednesday at 7 p.m. with the Empire 8's Nazareth College.
