- After a four goal run by the opponent, Seamus Burns found Dan Doolan to open the second stanza with a goal. Doolan would record a second goal, unassisted, early into the final 15 minutes of the contest.
- Also recorded multiple goals was Evan Hollfelder, who recorded goals in the second and fourth quarter, both unassisted. The transfer now has five goals on the season, finding himself ranked second in this category.
- Hollfelder penned his name in the assist column, helping Bobby Emerson score with under three minutes remaining in the first half.
- Weston Gray was the only other Laker to record a goal.
- Goalie Kevin O'Donnell stopped 14 Cardinal shots during his time in the net.
- The Lakers were 20-28 on clear attempts, while causing eight turnovers. Burns lead the team with three.
