BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Oswego State women's tennis team dropped a conference matchup at Brockport on Friday afternoon. Oswego scored game victories in each of the nine matches but was unable to steal a point from the Golden Eagles.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Jenny Lapp and Mattie Wallace paired at third singles while Lorrayne Broach and Lora Gould combined at second singles to each take three games.
- Erin Vargo and Eliza Johnson played together at first doubles, swiping two games from their counterparts.
- In an exhibition doubles match, Lou Lou Pontius and Jenna Wilson fell 8-4.
- Lapp had the closest match on the singles circuit, forcing a decisive third set. After dropping the first set 6-3, the junior came back in dominant fashion, surrendering just one game in the second set. She eventually dropped the superset 10-4 to her opponent.
- Gould and Broach each claimed two game in each of their sets while Vargo record two games in the second set of her loss at third singles.

Oswego stays on the road for a 12 p.m. SUNYAC matchup at Fredonia on Saturday.
