Erin Gantley who had 18 points to lead the Lakers in scoring.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights started off strong with a 6-0 in the first three minuets of the opening quarter.
- Gantley scored nine in a row for the Lakers to go on her own 9-0 run half way through the first quarter and make the score 9-6 Lakers.
- Geneseo regained the lead at 13-12 to end the first quarter after scoring an easy mid-range jump shot.
- The Knights kept the momentum up from the ending of the first as they went on a 13-0 run to start the second quarter.
- The run ended by a difficult layup made by Taylor Torchia at 6:15 remaining in the second with a score of 26-14 Geneseo.
- At the half, Oswego found themselves down, 35-22, with Gantley's strong effort keeping the team within grasp on 6-8 shooting and 13 points.
- During the first five minutes of the third, the teams traded baskets as Geneseo maintained their advantage.
- A three by senior Quincey Zimmerman closed the score within 10 (44-34) at 4:25 remaining in the third.
- The visitors made a pair of crucial 11-0 runs to put the game out of reach coming down the stretch.
- Senior Morgan Wolanin led Oswego with 11 rebounds and three blocks.

The Lakers will host the Brockport Golden Eagles tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Max Ziel Gymnasium.
