HOW IT HAPPENED
- Morrisville opened the game with a 22-14 advantage in the first quarter.
- The Mustangs extended their lead out to 13 before freshman Elaina Johnson scored the final four points of the half to close the lead to 39-30.
- Halfway through the third quarter, Morrisville pushed the lead back to 13 before Chastin Giles hit two three-pointers and Caivana added one to make it 54-48.
- Freshman Shania Iglesias scored the final five points of the period to make it 54-53 heading into the final stanza.
- The Lakers took a quick 55-54 lead on a Caivana layup but the Mustangs went on a 9-3 run over the next four minutes to go up 63-58.
- It was a 14-5 push in favor of the hosts down the stretch as they pulled away for the win.
- Johnson and Giles finished with 11 points and seven rebounds each while Iglesias added 10 points.

The women's basketball team returns to action at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 28 with an away game at Wells College.
