BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. – The Oswego State Men's Golf team finished their final round of the Empire 8 Fall Championships in second place overall with a two-round total of 651. This puts them 18 strokes back of St. John Fisher University for the lead. The overall individual leader is Oswego's own Ryan Fecco. Fecco shot a 77 (+5) in both rounds of the two-day championship event.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Ryan Fecco found himself at the top of the individual leader board after the second and final round of the Empire 8 Fall Championship this afternoon.

With matching round one and round two scores of 77 (+5), this puts Fecco in the lead by two strokes going into the spring championship.

Jake Owens moved up ELEVEN spots from round one, bettering his scorecard by seven strokes (77).

Oliver Wolland also moved up in the individual leader board, moving up three spots with a second round score of 85.

Max Mastrogiacomo fell six places on the leader board, shooting a 91 this afternoon.

Evan McDonald after a stellar round one found himself twelve spots back from round one, shooting a 93 in round two.

Tyler Donohue moved up TEN spots, bettering his round one score by ten strokes!

All six golfers remain in the top half of the individual leader board going into the spring championship.

Oswego will travel to Nazareth to take on the Nazareth Invitational on October 8th through October 9th at the Irondequoit Country Club.
