WILLIAMSPORT, P.A. – The Oswego State Wrestling team competed in the first day of the Budd Whitehill National Duals on January 13, going 0-3 in Group D.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• In the 125-pound weight class, John Vicario went 0-3.

• In the 133-pound weight class, Michael Santore went 0-3.

• In the 141-pound weight class, William Piatti went 1-2, with a decision win over Lorenzo Diaz.

• In the 149-pound weight class, Tyler Rossini went 2-1, with two decision victories over Clay Gainer and Colin Bridges

• In the 157-pound weight class, Logan McGloine went 1-2, with a decision victory over Jan Hernandez-Soto.

• In the 165-pound weight class, Steven Felice went 0-3.

• Charlie Grygas, in the 174-pound weight class, went 2-1 with two majority decisions over John Sumner and Jak Krouse

• Bryce Smith went 0-3 in the 184-pound weight class.

• Anthony Cascen went 0-2 in the 197-pound weight class.

• In the 285-pound weight class, Evan Cataldo went 0-2.
