HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The Lakers finished the Houghton Highlander Invitational in their third event of the Track and Field season. Several schools showed up to compete, and Oswego had a few standout performances.

Faith Coyle won the Women 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:22.70.

Ellie Decker finished 14th in the Women 1 Mile Run with a time of 5:46.75. Cristina Gaskievicz finished right behind Decker in 15th.

Abigail Conpropst finished 16th in the Women Shot Put with a distance of 8.17 meters. She also finished 12th in the 20-Pound Weight Throw with a distance of 9.75 meters.

Dan Mars finished 10th in the Men 60 Meter Dash with a time of 7.43.

Aidan Harrington finished third in the Men 200 Meter Dash with a time of 23.51. He won the 400 Meter dash, finishing in 52.31.

Nathan Couse ran the Men 800 Meter Run in 2:05.78, finishing fifth. He finished fourth in the 1 Mile Run with a time of 4:36.62.

Adam Cuyler placed ninth in the Men 35-Pound Weight Throw with a distance of 10.02 meters.

The team of Tom Mahunik, Dairo Reyes, Matthew Pietzak, and Zachary DeMott finished sixth in the Men 4x400 Meter Relay with a time of 3:49.05.

Alexander Kline finished 13th in the Men Shot Put with a distance of 10.43 meters.

The Lakers will travel to RIT to face the Tigers on Friday, January 27.
