CORTLAND, NY -The Lakers were in action at the SUNYC Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland for the second day in a row on Saturday afternoon.

Kaleigh Durso took home 6
th in the women's heptathlon with a score of 2777.
Julia Weaver finished 8
th in the women's 10,00m with a time of 45:32.25.
Aidan Hafer ran a time of 37:24.16 in the men's 10,000m.
Elena Gaffney finished second overall earning the silver in the women's 1500m with a time of 4:52.01.
Daniel Mars finished the men's 100m with a time of 11.48.
In the women's 800m
Hannah Reichard finished with a time of 2:23.14 earning her the bronze.
In the men's 800m,
Jeffery Simmons finished second, earning silver with a time of 1:55.80. This time was also good enough to qualify him for regionals.
In the men's 200m
Soren Wolford ran a time of 23.02,
Daniel Mars finished with a time of 22.35, and
Jack Hickey finished with a time of 23.45.
Jessica Torrey finished the women's 5000m with a time of 19:50.54 in 6
th place.
Noah Melita finished the men's 5000m with a time of 16:32.84.
In the women's 4x400, the team of Harper Ellis,
Rhiannon Butchko, Angelina Buttigieg and
Elena Gaffney ran a time of 4:32.25.
In the women's triple jump,
Teagan Roy earned a score of 9.79.
Rhiannon Butchko took third in the women's high jump with a score of 1.57.
Kaleigh Durso earned a score of 1.47 in 5
th.
Cory Morton earned a score of 13.88 in the men's triple jump.
