MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Men's Hockey team headed to Morrisville looking to continue their hot start to the SUNYAC campaign. The offense broke out in a big way with an 8-2 win over the Mustangs along with a whopping 71 shots on goal.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Shane Bull immediately continued his hot streak scoring two goals in the first period to give the Lakers an early lead.
- Oswego would head into the 1st intermission with a 2-0 over the hosts.
- 1:14 into the 2nd period, Daniel Colabufo added another tally to the Lakers lead along with an assist for Shane Bull, giving Bull three points on the first three Oswego goals.
- The Mustangs then began to mount a comeback with goals at 3:20 and 12:04 to reduce the Oswego lead to 3-2.
- With just under 3 minutes remaining in the 2nd period, Drake Semrad restored the 2-goal lead for the Lakers with an assist and yet another point for Shane Bull.
- Oswego would blow open the game in a dominating third period, putting four goals into the Mustangs net.
- The Lakers would go 3/6 on the powerplay for the evening while limiting the Mustangs to no powerplay goals in three chances.
- Oswego amassed 71 total shots on goal while limiting Morrisville to just 20 attempts on net.
- Shane Bull finished the evening with 2 goals and 3 assists while Connor Gatto tallied 4 assists for the Lakers.
