OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Oswego State Women's Basketball team took on the Potsdam Bears at home this afternoon. The Lakers emerged victorious dominating the entirety of the game.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Oswego had a strong start to the game leading in the first quarter 14-7. The Lakers defense didn't allow any points to be scored in the first five minutes.
• The Lakers maintained a solid lead throughout the second quarter dominating 24-16.
• Potsdam found their footing in the start of the second half narrowing the score margin but still trailing 40-35.
• With 2:14 left in the last quarter a Potsdam layup made the score 50-49 with the Bears stilll down.
• Points traded back and forth, but Logan Castiglione made the final shot of the night with nine seconds left.
• Giavanna White-Principio led the Lakers with 14 points, 18 rebounds, and three steals.
• Castiglione and Sydney Hoefs both contributed seven points.
