BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Oswego State Men and Women's Track team split up this weekend, traveling to Brockport to take part in the Brockport Multi & Invitational and Bucknell to participate in the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic. Neither meet involved team scoring.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Brockport

Faith Coyle took 24th in the 1500m race, running a 5:16.00s.

Chris Dorney took 19th in the 400m, running a 52.53s. Dorney also took tenth place in the 400m hurdles, with a time of 1:00.53s.

Daniel Mars finished in fifth place for the 100m, running a time of 11.34s. Mars also took fourth in the 200m race, finishing with a time of 22.71s.

Cristina Gaskievicz finished in third place in the 5000m run, running a time of 20:03.87s.

Rhiannon Butchko finished in seventh place in the high jump. Jumping 1.52m (4'11.75") on the day.

Michael Saavedra took tenth in the shot put, throwing 12.36m (40'6.5") on his second throw of the day.
Bucknell

Faith Coyle took fourth in her heat in the 800m, running a 2:18.92, placing her in 73rd place.

Ellie Decker ran a 19:07.21 in the 5000m final, putting her in 24th place.

Matthew Broadnax finished second in his heat for the 400m, which placed him 76th overall.

Nathan Couse took 26th in his heat for the 5000m, running a 16:18.39, finishing in 56th.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Lakers will travel to the University at Buffalo on Saturday, April 22nd to take part in the UAB Invitational. The meet is set to begin at 11am.
