ONEONTA, NY – The Oswego State women's tennis team faced off against Hartwick College this afternoon to finish off the season. The Hawks swept the Lakers in their final game of the season. 

THE BASICS

• Location:  Dr. Heissan '63 Tennis Courts, Oneonta, NY

• Records:  Oswego 1-8, Hartwick 13-0

HOW IT HAPPENED

• There were a total of nine matches played this afternoon. 

• In doubles, Emily Lynn and Cara Campanie narrowly dropped the set, falling by a score of 8-6. 

• Jenna Wilson and Debora Win dropped the second doubles set by a score of 8-2.

• Rafaela Dimitrakopoulou and Emily Lussier fell in the third round of doubles by a score of 8-4. 

• In singles, Wilson fell in two sets with scores of 6-0, 6-1. Campanie, Dimitrakopoulou, and Lussier also fell in two sets with scores of 6-0 and 6-1. 

• WIn nearly got the win in her singles match, dropping the first set by a score of 6-4, then dropping the second set by a score of 6-3. 

WHAT'S NEXT

This concluded the season for the Women's tennis team, finishing 1-8 on the season.
