OSWEGO, NY – The Men's Basketball team continued the weekend slate of SUNYAC games with a Saturday afternoon matchup with the Geneseo Knights. Oswego secured an 83-56 victory to continue their undefeated start to conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Geneseo began the game with the better start as the visitors jumped out to an early 7-4 lead over Oswego.
- The Lakers would nearly double up the Knights for the remainder of the half outscoring the visitors 32-17 to enter the half up by a score of 36-24.
- Both teams would increase their offensive output in the second half including an 18-3 run by the Lakers around the midway point of the half.
- The Lakers outscored the Knights 47-32 in the second half to coast into an 83-56 win for their 10th victory of the season.
- Jeremiah Sparks continued his string of strong performances once again leading the Lakers in scoring with 27 points.
- Jamal Achille and Elijah Hardison led the Lakers in rebounds with 7 apiece.
WHAT'S NEXT
Oswego play in their first true road contest of the season on Tuesday as they visit the Oneonta Red Dragons for a midweek conference matchup.
