BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Oswego State Men's Basketball (22-1, 16-0 SUNYAC) took on the Golden Eagles of Brockport (15-8, 11-6 SUNYAC) on Saturday afternoon in Brockport, NY.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The #6 Lakers started this game against the Golden Eagles down by a score of 11-3. Brockport did their best to hold that lead, but Jamal Achille and Julien Crittendon knocked down free-throws to cut the lead to three. It took until there was three minutes left in the half for Oswego to take the lead on a Jaden Kennedy three pointer. The Laker offense found a spark before the first half ended and took a five-point lead into the break.
Oswego was able to maintain their lead in the second half, but the Golden Eagles did cut the lead to as little as two with five minutes remaining. A dunk from Cartier Bowman followed by free throws from Ahkee Anderson bolstered the Laker lead up to seven. With the clock winding down, the Lakers were able to knock down their free throws shooting 83% from the free throw line in the second half. They maintained their undefeated record in the SUNYAC by taking down the Golden Eagles in Brockport.
