BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Oswego State Women's Basketball (12-10, 8-8 SUNYAC) continued their road trip today when they took on the SUNY Brockport Golden Eagles (13-11, 9-8 SUNYAC) in Brockport, NY.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Brockport offense started this one on fire jumping out to a 13-5 lead. After some substitutions,
Elaina Johnson and
Logan Castiglione scored back-to-back buckets keeping the Lakers close. The Golden Eagles kept their foot on the gas and pushed their lead to twelve after one quarter. Oswego State battled back in the second, cutting the lead down to two after a good free throw from
Julie Tanenblatt. Finally, a layup from
Giavanna White-Principio tied the game at thirty-four as we entered half time.
The Lakers came out with serious energy in the third quarter and even gained a two-point lead as the fourth quarter began. Unfortunately, the cold shooting resurfaced for the Lakers, and they shot 155 from the field in the fourth quarter. They tallied seven points compared to the Golden Eagles 25 and fell on the road to Brockport.
A bright spot for the Lakers was

th career point this evening against the Golden Eagles.
